What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
This site is run by Golden Age Media Entertainment, LLC, operating as the Elite Breaking League (“EBL,” “we”). Questions and requests: partners@elitebreaking.com.
What we collect
- Season updates. If you follow the season, we keep your email address, the page you signed up on, and when you signed up. Our email service, Kit, also records whether each update is delivered, opened, or clicked.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive whatever your email contains. The site has no inquiry form; inquiries go straight to our inbox.
- Visit statistics. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: visitors are counted with a hash that is discarded after 24 hours.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time to run and secure the site.
This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To send the season updates you asked for, to answer your emails, to see which pages people use, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our email: Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Google (our email and the updates list), and Kit (kit.com), which sends the season updates. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Some video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image servers, which see your IP address like any web request. Links to YouTube and Instagram take you to those services, and their privacy policies apply there.
Your choices
- To stop season updates, use the unsubscribe link in any update, reply to it, or email us.
- To see, correct, or delete the email address we hold, email us. We will let you know when it is done.
- Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information. You may still send a request under NRS 603A to the address above.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other sites, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity on this site over time. The site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has signed up, a parent or guardian can email us and we will delete it. Competition registration and athlete documents are handled separately, never through this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send for as long as we need them to respond and for our records.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
